December 2021 Club Newsletter

WELCOME

Welcome to the new Season of 2021-22. This has been a very unique year as we navigated Lockdowns and restrictions due to Covid 19 – Delta variant. Now as we go through the Traffic Light Framework with a whole new set of rules and requirements to be able to operate. Auckland’s borders have finally reopened and Christmas just around the corner. Let us hope that the New Year brings along new beginnings and simplifications to our lives.

Please follow the Covid Protection Policy implemented by the Club Committee to enable us to keep our membership and Community safe – Scan or register your visit, wash/sanitise your hands and please stay at home if unwell. Please keep you My Vaccine Pass handy at all times.

There was a lot of improvising when we were allowed to be outdoors using Alfresco settings for morning tea at the Midweek Ladies and Vets.

Twilight League and Social Wednesdays were once again very popular, with Jane running a board for Twilight instead of the usual League Competitions and Andy’s Social Wednesday Skills and Drills have become immensely popular and fun to be part of.
